GenSecOps HACKATHON DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the GenSecOps Hackathon: Boosting secure code delivery in the GenAI era is to showcase the importance of integrating security, quality, and automation across the modern software development lifecycle. Participants will work hands-on with real-world codebases to apply DevSecOps practices that enhance code robustness, maintainability, and security posture. The Hackathon will emphasize the role of systematic analysis, secure coding, testing strategies, and continuous improvement pipelines in achieving reliable software delivery. Beyond the technical challenges, the event highlights how GenAI and secure engineering principles converge to elevate software quality and resilience in contemporary development environments.
